Adil is a seasoned business professional with a global perspective and a grounded, human approach to leadership. A graduate of the highly regarded economics program at Trinity College in Connecticut, he was recruited on both academic and athletic scholarships—recognized nationally as one of the top five squash players in the United States.
His early career was shaped in New York City, where he spent four formative years at boutique consulting and capital advisory firms, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of finance and strategy. With this foundation, Adil went on to launch and successfully exit two ventures of his own, demonstrating both entrepreneurial instinct and disciplined execution.
